Boosting your Energy Flow

The "touch it once" rule remains one of the most efficient ways to conserve and boost your personal energy. For example, bringing in the mail, opening it, doing whatever is required, and filing it in the appropriate place--including the recycle bin--creates an energy flow that feeds your energy system.

Procrastinating drains your energy, not once, not twice, but every time you think of doing that job. Completing every day tasks closes the energy drain loop and results in a surprising amount of extra energy and free time!

This technique only works for people who stop procrastinating about stopping procrastinating!
