Argh! Of course there's a but! His timidity is the result of a lifetime of abuse and neglect. But he poops and pees in the house.
And yet more buts! But there is a higher plan for Meeko. He is here for a reason. Although my son wasn't looking for a dog who needed so much care, people refer to him as a 'dog whisperer' who is willing to give his all to this wonderful dog. It's a good fit for both of them.
For my part, it's at times like these that I am so grateful to have Reiki. I will use Reiki to clear the negative energy and fill with positive energy knowing it will help this very special dog to get healthy.
He's come a long way in seven days. I'll keep you posted.
