How to Overwrite Hopeless Thoughts with New Thoughts

 Researchers have discovered that 1) we choose the thoughts we think and 2) we can only think one thought at the time. In energy work, thoughts are healthy or unhealthy, successful people think successful thoughts. "I can do it." "I did it!" This gives the energy field a positive charge. Thinking "I can do more and better!"charges your energy field, it affects everyone's energy field and this creates a magnetic energy that attracts more positive people and experiences.

The reverse is true for negative thoughts. Habitual negative thought patterns and imagining negative scenarios are a  "natural" part of depression. Negative thoughts, tear a person's energy field down; they tear it apart, push away the positive and are very vulnerable to attracting more negative conditions and experiences...picture how obsessive thoughts affect the energy field.

Research has found that we can't simply stop thinking, however we can overwrite unhealthy thoughts with healthy thoughts. From an energy standpoint, it's incredibly important to choose thoughts wisely and to ensure habitual thoughts are positive and they support the conditions you want to create in your life. If thoughts create the conditions of our lives,as science of mind has demonstrated, imagine how important it is to choose your thoughts.

What Breaks my Heart

I Reiki because I care. I offer free distance Reiki because I don't want people to suffer alone and I want to them to have every possible advantage to achieve better health.

In my blog I offered to Reiki people considering suicide, someone close to me didn't want Reiki and took their own life.

A friend who was hopelessly battling a bowel disease accepted Reiki, his life straighten out and in four months the surgeon found things "so healed in there" that he removed the bag, reattached the bowel, rebooted his system and he is doing great...yippie yahoo! Just as I was celebrating with that friend another friend flatly refused Reiki to support his minor-by-comparison-bowel surgery, blah blah, six months later he ended up in palliative care....heartbreaking for everyone around him!

Seriously, if you are reading this post it was written for you and this is the message: it can't hurt to add Reiki to your treatment, it may not change anything, but it might create an energy pathway for a miracle to happen, and, if nothing else, you won't be alone.

The Healing Attunement
